Step #1: Go to Subscriptions Page and using the search box, search for the customer for whom you wish to Cancel the Subscription for.
Step #2: Once you find the subscription, then CLICK on the icon on the right which reads “Cancel Subscription” when you hover the mouse over it. You should get a message at the top “Canceling Subscription”.
NOTE: If you clicked on this by mistake and would NOT like to cancel the subscription, then click on UNDO button within 15 seconds to stop.
