Step #1: Go to Transactions Page and using the search box, search for the customer for whom you wish to Refund the Transaction for.
Step #2: Once you find the transaction, then click on the icon on the right which reads “Refund Transaction” when you hover the mouse over it. You should get a message at the top “Sending Refund”.
NOTE: If you clicked on this by mistake and would NOT like to REFUND the TRANSACTION, then click on UNDO button within 15 seconds to stop.
